How Lengthy Until Someone Demonstrations Calvin Klein’s Super-Sexual New Campaign?

During most of the past month, the construction scaffolding on my New York City corner has been plastered with posters of Kendall Jenner, Kendrick Lamar, and Justin Bieber in various states of undress for Calvin Klein’s #mycalvins campaign—not exactly G-rated, but relatively tame for the famously provocative advertiser. A few blocks south in SoHo, the brand has for years occupied a 50-foot billboard, scandalizing religious groups and local residents alike with ads accused of being “orgy-themed,” profane, and straight-up sexist.

The latest batch of images isn’t likely to help matters: Shot by Harley Weir, they feature Jenner, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Klara Kristin, and Saskia de Brauw in what might be the label’s most provocative campaign yet—no surprise, perhaps, given the “Erotica” theme. In one shot, Jenner holds a, uh, rather suggestive grapefruit by her face (caption: “I eat in #mycalvins”); in another, Kershaw’s hands are placed firmly down her logo briefs. Finally, the “belfie” is given pride of place in the new Calvin ads, with one photo showing a pair of jeans worn backwards by an unnamed model, butt crack firmly on display.

So what do you think? We’re betting it’ll take oh, 24 hours before some concerned mother starts a Change.org petition.
