The LA-based blogger and founder of personal style website Sincerely Jules has literally dreamed so big with her brand new fashion line that is now available at Nordstrom too (both online and in 80 Nordstrom bricks-and-mortar stores).Having the chance to sell one’s products at Nordstrom is a huge accomplishment for anyone who has spent days and nights working so hard at a fashion line, and Julie Sariñana is so happy about the launch of her ‘Dream Big’ collection at Nordstrom that she’s organized two shopping events for those who live in California. The first one is to be held at Nordstrom Topanga at Canoga Park on Friday July 22th (oh, it’s tomorrow!), and the second one at Nordstrom the Grove in Los Angeles on Saturday, July 23d. Both the events will take place from 3 pm to 5 pm, and will feature a lot of treats and shopping.
As for those who live far from California and would like to have a look at the collection, the pieces arrive at Nordstrom’s online shop already this Monday, on July 25th. The collection, which is very eclectic and versatile, yet with a strong influence from Julie Sariñana’s personal signature style, already features a few must-haves that are quickly flying off the shelves.
Overall neutral yet with a few pops of red and vivid rose, the Dream Big by Sincerely Jules collection is all about looking and feeling fresh during the long and shiny summer days, with both cute dresses and boyfriend jeans and tees dominating the array. With prices that range from circa $50 to $200, the line-up’s overall style is ‘less is more’, as only a few bold prints and shredded effects have been used to revamp either some of the clean-cut T-shirts or most of the denim shorts.
Having been working in the industry for a while now, Julie Sariñana has developed a ‘fashionist sixth sense’ that hinted her this summer is all about unisex fashion, which led her and her team to design both mannish and uber-feminine pieces that could be easily mix-and-matched with each other. Although the cute off-shoulder tops, ribbed midi dresses and denim camisoles will undeniably look perfectly fine by themselves, those who like to dare with quirkier looks will surely have fun pairing them with the collection’s bomber jackets and boyfriend cropped denims.
